Shipping and return policies

SingPost handles the shipping of the orders. All orders will typically be sent out within 2 business days.

The cost of shipping will be dependent on the number of units in each package and there is a base cost per box.

We will provide free shipping for net purchases above SGD$200 in an order.  We reserve the rights to amend the amount.

Whilst all due diligence will be in place to ensure proper wrapping and handling, in the unfortunate event of damages occurring, customers are requested to:

i) contact us via email at support@adelaideharvests.com quoting the Order Number, your contact details and the concern.

ii) please take a picture and include it in your email to us showing the details of the damages.

We will investigate the cause of the damage and provide you a replacement where appropriate. We may at times request you to return the damaged goods for further investigations. We will not be able to assume liability for damages resulting from customer’s own mishandling.
